Here's what to expect next:

  1. If you've requested a quote, someone from our marketing department will call you within the next 24 business hours (but usually much, much sooner) and get some additional information about your company and your needs. Then, he or she will schedule a time for you to meet or have a phone call with an Account Executive who can start the process of building a quote.
  2. If you're a client and have requested support or assistance, your inquiry will be forwarded to the help desk, but you should call them at 773.241.3000 to make sure that your request is prioritized correctly.
  3. If you're a vendor looking to speak to someone about your product, your inquiry will be forwarded to the most appropriate decision-maker, who will follow up as appropriate.
  4. All other inquiries will find their way into the hands of who can help you the quickest, but always feel free to give us a call at 773.241.3007 if you'd like to speak to someone immediately.
