Switchfast Blog: The Future of IT

Microsoft to release Windows 7 to Businesses on September 1st

At its partner conference, Microsoft announced that businesses will be able to order Windows 7 volume licenses from partners starting September 1st, well before the retail release of the new operating system on October 22nd. Also, there will be a six-month promotion during which Windows 7 Professional upgrades will be available at least 15% off of the normal price.
