Creating a Signature in Outlook 2007
Under Tools, select Options.

Choose the Mail Format tab, and click the
Signatures button.

Under Email Signature, click New.

Choose a name for the signature and click OK
(something that describes the use of the signature).

In this window you can then edit the signature in the bottom
white box. Also indicate when and which signatures should be used
in the upper right of the window.

Click OK and you are done!
