Switchfast Celebrates 9th Anniversary!
Nine years ago today, Switchfast received its first invoice.
Since then, we've worked tirelessly to provide world-class service
to Chicago's small business and nonprofit community. This year, we
expanded our reach to Rochester, NY, and our work ethic hasn't
changed a bit!
Since day one, Switchfast has chosen to build its brand on
fantastic customer service, so it makes sense that our primary
measure of success is customer satisfaction. This year, we're proud
to announce that we've achieved a 99% client satisfaction rate, and
we're never done improving our service. We'd like to give a big
thanks to all the clients that have made this possible; we promise
to keep up the good work!
