Our most successful IT Support Technicians provide friendly, positive and timely end user support to our clients.  They setup and manage a variety of Windows systems & network infrastructures by troubleshooting a wide array of systems related issues.  In addition to maintaining networks, telecommunications (VoIP, smartphones), and configuring workstations, our technicians are able to communicate highly technical information in a non-technical way so our clients feel at ease.  They build rapport and trust with our clients, laying the foundation for a positive and long term partnerships with our clients.
