Ascend Technologies was born out of the initial merging of two incredibly talented and dedicated teams of managed services professionals to make a single, stronger team. The combination of West Monroe Managed Services and Gratia, Inc. occurred in 2019.
In 2020, highly respected master managed security services provider (MSSP) Infogressive™ merged with Ascend. Founded in 2006 with a record of zero breaches resulting in data loss, Infogressive™ plays an integral part to extend and grow Ascend’s respective strengths in cybersecurity.
To start off 2021, leading Midwest Salesforce consulting firm Doextra CRM Solutions joined Ascend, bringing valuable expertise in custom CRM implementations and a strong 14-year partnership with Salesforce. Following shortly after in May 2021, leading Managed Services Provider Switchfast Technologies was acquired, bringing 20 years of trusted IT expertise and a focus on serving America’s successful small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs).
Two years after Ascend’s launch, family-owned Peter’s & Associates joined the team bringing their 40 years of IT expertise and unmatched knowledge of Microsoft services and products with them.
